Privacy Policy
How Burning Bridges AI collects, uses and protects your data, including your photos.
Last updated: 2026-10-14
What we collect
- Account data: your email, name and profile image from sign-in.
- Photos and text you submit: the photos you upload and the line you choose, used to make your video.
- Generated videos: the videos created for you.
- Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address for security and rate limiting. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your videos.
- To run automated safety checks on text, photos and videos.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
- To improve the site using aggregated analytics.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
- Video generation: your photos and prompt are sent to our AI video provider (kie.ai, running Seedance 2.0) to generate the video.
- Safety checks: text, photos and videos are checked by our moderation provider (SeeAPI).
- Hosting: Cloudflare (servers, database).
- Payments: Waffo.
- Analytics: Google Analytics.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are kept by our generation provider for about 24 hours and in our records only as a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
- Generated videos are available for about 14 days.
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@drakeburningbridgesaivideo.org. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
