Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Burning Bridges AI (“we”, “the service”) at drakeburningbridgesaivideo.org. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.

The service

We turn photos you upload and a short line you choose into an AI-generated party video. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness or motion.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content and permissions

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process your photos and text only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.

Your videos

Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow. Videos do not include any copyrighted song; if you add music in another app, you are responsible for that platform’s music terms.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits expire 12 months after purchase and have no cash value. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Safety and moderation

We automatically review text, photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. Blocked generations are refunded in credits.

Not affiliated

Burning Bridges AI is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Drake, OVO Sound, Republic Records, Universal Music Group or ByteDance. Names are used only to describe the trend.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for about 14 days — download anything you want to keep.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
